What is a private Rheingau wine tour with a chauffeur?
It is an individually planned day among the wine estates of the Rheingau, with a personal chauffeur driving you from estate to estate between Ruedesheim and Eltville. You enjoy the tastings and the Riesling of the region without driving. Renovatio VIP arranges the planning, the reservations and the whole journey.
Where does the tour start and where are you collected?
We collect you in Frankfurt and the surrounding area, from your home, your hotel or directly from Frankfurt Airport. The Rheingau is only a few minutes away. At the end of the day your chauffeur brings you back just as safely.
How many guests can join the wine tour?
Up to seven guests. Depending on the size of your party you can travel in a Business Class or First Class limousine, a Business minivan or an electric vehicle, so couples and small groups are equally comfortable.
How long does a Rheingau wine tour take?
The tour is available as a half day of about five hours or a full day of about nine hours. You set the pace, the number of estates and the length of the day, and your chauffeur works to your timetable.
Which estates can I visit, and do I reserve the tastings myself?
The estates are yours to choose, from names such as Schloss Johannisberg to small family run producers between Ruedesheim and Eltville. Renovatio VIP reserves every tasting for you, so each stop is prepared and the day runs without gaps.
In which languages is the tour conducted?
Your chauffeur speaks English and German, so international guests, including those arriving through Frankfurt Airport, are looked after for the whole day.
What does a private Rheingau wine tour cost?
The Signature half day starts at EUR 990 and the Premium full day at EUR 1,590, each for up to three guests, including the chauffeur, the vehicle, the planning and the reserved tastings. A larger vehicle, a First Class limousine, extra hours or further estates are quoted as supplements. Luxury Curation is quoted individually.
How do I book, and until when can I make changes?
Book through the enquiry form on this page, by telephone or on WhatsApp. We then prepare an individual offer. Changes to a booking are possible up to seven days before the date.
