How can I book the chauffeur service? ×

Send us your journey details by email, WhatsApp or phone: pickup location and destination, date and time, number of passengers and any special requirements. You will receive your booking confirmation or any brief follow-up questions as quickly as possible.

How much does the chauffeur service cost? +

There is no single flat-rate answer, as pricing depends on the type of journey, distance, service duration and the number of vehicles and chauffeurs required. Tell us what you need and we will provide a detailed calculation and a non-binding fixed-price quotation with no hidden costs.

How flexible are you if my booking changes? +

Plans can change, and we account for that. Let us know as early as possible and we will adapt wherever operationally possible. Short-notice schedule adjustments can usually be accommodated without an additional charge.

Which languages do your chauffeurs speak? +

All of our chauffeurs speak fluent German and English. A Greek-speaking chauffeur is also available. Please let us know your preferred language when booking so we can assign the appropriate chauffeur.

What happens if my flight is delayed? +

Every airport transfer is monitored using your flight number, and the pickup time is adjusted to the actual landing time. 60 minutes of waiting time after landing are included as standard, so a flight delay does not automatically result in an extra charge.

Do you provide child seats? +

Yes. Certified premium child seats are available on request, from infant carriers to booster seats, at no additional charge. Please provide your child’s age and weight when booking so the appropriate seat can be installed before pickup.
