What We Process<\/h2>\r\n\r\n        <ul>\r\n            <li>\r\n                <strong>Contact and enquiry data:<\/strong>\r\n                name, telephone number, email address and any information you enter\r\n                in the form, such as pickup and destination, date, time, vehicle class,\r\n                passenger count, flight number and free text.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n\r\n            <li>\r\n                <strong>Server log data:<\/strong>\r\n                page requested, time, volume transferred, referrer, browser type and\r\n                a shortened IP address. This data arises technically when the website\r\n                is accessed.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n\r\n            <li>\r\n                <strong>Contract data:<\/strong>\r\n                for a booking, the information required to carry out and invoice\r\n                the journey.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n        <h2>3. Purposes and Legal Bases<\/h2>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            Handling your enquiry and carrying out the journey is based on\r\n            Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual steps).\r\n            The secure and stable operation of the website is based on\r\n            Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            Where you give explicit consent, processing is based on\r\n            Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and may be withdrawn at any time with future effect.\r\n            Tax and commercial retention obligations are based on\r\n            Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n        <h2>4. Storage Location and Recipients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            The website and form handling run on a provider inside the European Union\r\n            acting solely as our processor under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.\r\n            The data centres used are located in the EU, are certified to recognised\r\n            security standards, and encrypt data in transit and at rest.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            No personal data is transferred to a third country outside the EU or EEA.\r\n            The provider has no independent right to use your data.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            Beyond that, we pass on data only where it is necessary to carry out\r\n            the journey, for example to the assigned chauffeur, where you have\r\n            consented, or where we are legally obliged to do so.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n        <h2>5. Retention<\/h2>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than\r\n            six months after the last contact. Contract and invoice data is retained\r\n            for the six and ten year periods required by commercial and tax law.\r\n            Server logs are deleted or anonymised after seven days at most.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n        <h2>6. Your Rights<\/h2>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16),\r\n            erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18),\r\n            data portability (Art. 20), and a\r\n            <strong>right to object<\/strong> to processing based on legitimate\r\n            interests (Art. 21 GDPR).\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            Consent once given may be withdrawn at any time with future effect\r\n            pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR.
